Our Tale

Supper Tale’s founder Eyal Levit has an extensive experience in prestigious restaurants in Europe. The inspiration for Supper Tale comes from his background of weekly dinners with family and friends.

We believe that food is best shared in a comfortable and creative environment. Food brings people together, sparks conversations, and creates lasting memories. This is why we focus on events where food and people are the focal point in a relaxed space.

Supper Tale's goal is to make life better for restaurant professionals and others interested in the food industry. We aim to improve working conditions and opportunities for self-expression by creating an environment where everyone's well-being is the top priority. In our events we hope to shorten the distance between kitchen and table — to give our guests the chance to get to know the person behind the food and through that, appreciate the meal even more. Food is always just as much about the people, as it’s about the ingredients used.

Supper Tale Founders

Supper Tale was founded by Eyal Levit and Veera Soivio.

Eyal Levit has been part of Finland’s Bocuse d'Or team and worked in the most prestigious restaurants owned by Hans Välimäki, Tomi Björk, Esben Holmboe Bang, and Toni Kostian in Helsinki and Oslo.

Veera Soivio has extensive experience in customer service and a degree in early childhood education from London. She took part in Tech Nordic Advocates Accelerator programme and studies literature.

Eyal and Veera have combined their diverse backgrounds to create a strong and balanced team for Supper Tale. They are the heart and soul of a platform that centres around the joy of food, the warmth of community, and the power of human connection. Through their shared vision, Supper Tale is the place where every meal becomes a tale to be told.
