Meet Chef Jussi Kallioranta


Jussi Kallioranta has been working in versatile restaurants in the Nordics, from Muru and Pastis in Helsinki to Farang in Stockholm and Michelin starred Bare in Norway.

After moving back to Finland from Norway in 2023, Jussi started offering catering, private chef services and cooking classes. His food is Scandinavian based, favouring local seasonal produce. Jussi’s cooking is influenced by Italian and French cuisine, and he’s inspired by some of the world’s finest seafood from Norway.

Jussi’s first priorities are always flavour and personalised service to meet the customers’ needs. Other important priorities are sustainability and visual appearance.
