Joel More is a passionate, avant-garde Peruvian-Finnish chef. With over a decade of experience in the culinary world, Joel has worked in many different kitchens both in Peru and Turku, Finland.

At the core of Joel's food philosophy lies a respect for the unadulterated flavours of ingredients. He is committed to elevating the essence of each ingredient in his creations, giving them the respect they rightfully deserve.

His passions are rooted in Mediterranean cuisine and the treasures of the sea. Joel seeks to harmonise Nordic ingredients with the food traditions of Latin America and other foreign cuisines, constantly exploring new horizons in flavours, textures, and dishes. Central to his approach is the philosophy of 'less is more,' where simplicity brings the most gratifying results.
